THE GIRL BEHIND THE VOICE.
MY LOVE FOR PERFORMANCE HAS BEEN AROUND FOR A LONG OLD TIME. i’ve been impersonating people EVER SINCE I CAN REMEMBER.
I never really saw it as a skill though (weird, I know), rather just a comedic/performative quality to my personality. Performance always been a distinct part of who I am - impersonating people, doing funny voices, accents, even free style rapping with my friends in our uni dorm rooms.. !
One of my funniest memories as a kid is watching GloZell on youtube (if you know you know) and giving my friends the honour of watching me imitating her videos.
(Pssst: if you ask nicely, I might show you a video I still have! It’s actually highly embarrassing)
